UK Shipping

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (apart from weekends).

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £2.99

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - £4.99

Orders over £100 qualify for complimentary standard shipping (2 4 business days) and will be automatically applied at checkout.

Returns

We hope you enjoy your new bikini however we know sometimes you need to return some items. We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn and no damage including stains) and with tags.

If you are not happy with your order or it doesn't fit, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery for either a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or stains will not be accepted. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold our standards of quality and hygiene.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to feel confident & satisfied in their purchase. If this isn’t the case, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for either a refund, exchange or store credit.

  • Refunds will be issues to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs
  • Once we receive your returned items, we aim to inspect the items and issue the refund within 5 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for your funds to appear in your account. You will receive an email once this is complete

How much does it cost to return?

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately we currently don't ship outside of the UK. However, we are continually striving to reach new destinations and will hopefully ship to your location soon.
Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed successfully, we kindly ask that the below conditions are met:

  • The item is returned in its original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered including any marks/stains)
  • Please avoid make up, oils or lotions coming into contact with your items.
  • For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear

All items are inspected upon return and we can only accept returns that meet the above criteria
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
