Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not happy with your order or it doesn't fit, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of dispatch for either a refund, exchange or store credit.
We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn and no damage including stains) and with tags.
To process a return, please email info@minueswim.com with your order ID number and order email address and one of our experts will be on hand to raise your return request.
Please note: We do not refund postage costs unless stated otherwise
As much as we would love to, unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return shipping and the customer is liable to pay. We recommend sending back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage should any issues arise.

Return Requirements
To ensure your return is processed successfully, we kindly ask that the below conditions are met:
- The item is returned in its original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered including any marks/stains)
- Please avoid make up, oils or lotions coming into contact with your items.
- For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear
All items are inspected upon return and we can only accept returns that meet the above criteria
UK Orders & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (apart from weekends).
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - £4.99
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £2.99
Orders over £100 qualify for complimentary standard shipping (2 4 business days) and will be automatically applied at checkout.
International/EU Orders & Delivery
Unfortunately we currently don't ship outside of the UK. However, we are continually striving to reach new destinations and will hopefully ship to your location soon.
FAQs
- Refunds will be issues to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs
- Once we receive your returned items, we aim to inspect the items and issue the refund within 5 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for your funds to appear in your account. You will receive an email once this is complete
